Features:

- The page is IDENTICAL with the utopia Kingdom page.
- Everything is editable by admin for now (banner, location, nw, war wins and for each province, name, race, land, nw, honor)
- King is selectable (diferent color and honor title)
- Every user can change location and see the exact same kd on a diferent island.

- The code was written in 6 hours
- Testing version only
- All races and honor titles are suported.

- fixed honor title display for provine 5 and 6
- fixed land display for province 7
- fixed 'gc' display after nw
- added "King" display for monarch instead of honor title
